Booking Policy Cancellations and no shows do have a significant impact on Energy Hair Co, our guests and our team. We have found that implementing a booking policy is the fastest way of managing commitment to appointments. Deposit For first time guests who require any colour service are not booking online, a “one off” deposit payment of $50 will be required. This will be deducted off the bill at checkout For all “no show” guests or cancellations with less than 24hours notice a $50 fee will be incurred A minimum of 48 hours notice strictly required for 2+ hour service reservations. Failure to do so may attract a 50% fee.
